“I’m enjoying the opportunity to give positive feedback not only on a perfect result, but on a positive experience when a correction was needed.
“Matthew and crew installed a large concrete patio, a curved walkway connecting to a pool area, and a stack stone wall in our backyard. It is absolutely gorgeous. Matthew was the 4th contractor interviewed for this project and we are so happy we continued our search. The others kept steering us in the direction of pavers, something we didn’t want.
“Due to a delay of the second concrete truck, there was a small section of the patio that didn’t dry quite right. Before Matthew left that day, he told us he would tear it out if we were not happy with it. He called us within the next couple of days to find out how it was looking. We told him we weren’t happy with it and he had his crew there on Monday to not only tear out the piece we didn’t like, but also a connecting piece he didn’t like. The new section was poured the following day. How wonderful!
